Deposit Disputes

We are presently offering legal representation to purchasers involved in disputes over new construction deposits.  We have experience with both federal and Florida state laws regarding new construction contracts and deposits, including the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSA), and Florida’s Condominium Act (Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes). We offer our services to clients who have contracted to purchase new construction properties in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

We offer several fee arrangements, to suit the individual needs of each specific client.  We accept certain matters on a contingent fee basis. Under such fee arrangements, we will not charge you any fees unless we are able to recover for you.  However, costs (such as court filing fees, etc.) are extra.

Each matter is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and not all matters are accepted.
