Molder have become Of Counsel to David L. Swimmer, P.A. (DLS), a boutique construction litigation firm based in Miami, Florida. The association is part of a longer-term plan to eventually merge both firms into a single entity. DLS is a two-attorney firm with a long history of offering legal representation in the area of Florida construction law and litigation.
