Background
Nicole is a 2003 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law (2003) in Miami Lakes, Florida, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (2001) from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
Nicole began her legal career at Greenspoon Marder in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, practicing in the areas of personal injury, medical & dental malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, and products liability. She has experience in all stages of the litigation process, at the pre-suit, trial, and appellate levels.
After leaving Greenspoon, Nicole opened her own practice as a contract attorney, providing litigation support and professional services exclusively to other Florida law firms. During this time, Nicole gained experience in the areas of contract disputes, construction litigation, and litigation involving condominium associations.
